GovWorks receives 2006 GCN Gala Award

GovWorks has been named a 2006 Government Computer News Gala Award winner. The GCN Gala Award recognizes distinguished project teams and
programs that have improved government services through excellence in government information technology. GovWorks was one of ten government
agencies honored for innovative IT accomplishments.
David Sutfin will accept the award for GovWorks at the 21st annual GCN Gala Awards ceremony on
October 25, 2006. As part of the recognition, GCN prepared a special report profiling GovWorks and the GovPay IT project. GovWorks was also announced as an awards winner in the October 9, 2006 print edition of
Government Computer News.
