Client Financial Summaries
The Acquisition Services Directorate maintains up-to-date records of client funding activity. As a service to our clients, we provide records
for review upon request by the Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR). Client Financial Summaries are outlined and delivered
to the COR (via email) in Microsoft Excel workbooks.
Financial summaries include funding documents with the dollar amounts used and amount remaining on each document. Summaries also list all
delivery orders and contracts awarded or modified by the Acquisition Services Directorate, as well as the amounts obligated by each contract action.
