The Acquisition Services Directorate considers quality an integral part of the mission to deliver excellent service to clients.
The Acquisition Services Directorate ISO 9001 certification process is built following the guidance of the International Organization for
Standardization. This program is a customer-focused Quality Management Systems (QMS) effort to support process engineering, auditing, and
training. Within the Acquisition Services Directorate, the QMS governs the policies and procedures established to improve and control elements
that lead to improved business performance in the government procurement process. One of the main purposes of the QMS is quality control and
managerial support for visibility, transparency, and overall performance improvement.
